Whether I'm developing low-cost prosthetics, cutting-edge surgical robotics, or environmental research robotics, my mission is to innovate technologies that make the world a better place.
Engineering for Good

COMPASSION
First and foremost, I hope to lead with compassion. Caring for each other is the most human trait we all possess, and the world could always use a little more kindness. For me, compassion means designing with purpose — ensuring that every project, every prototype, and every idea is grounded in a genuine desire to make the world a better place. I believe we have a responsibility as innovators to build thoughtfully and ethically. Whether it’s improving patients' lives, healing our environment, or inspiring students' futures, I’m motivated by the impact our work can have.
MENTORSHIP
I have always been tremendously grateful for all of the mentors that helped me through my academic journey, career path, and personal life. Whether giving advice or just being a listening ear, its always inspiring to have someone to look up to. I find it incredibly rewarding to give back and be a mentor for those under me as well. As a swim teacher, a peer research advisor, or just an upperclassmen, I love building connections and helping future generations thrive.
CURIOSITY
From programs at the local library or weekend trips to Radio Shack, my parents instilled a lifelong love of learning within me from a very young age. I value the importance of taking a step back to see the big picture and ask questions to understand the "why." I believe this is why I love working on interdisciplinary teams and solving problems with a holistic approach. I love putting together all the pieces of information from different areas and drawing connections between my coursework and skills I've learned in industry. My dream is to be an inventor, to push the boundaries of technology and create something new that can help others.
